Termination of the Service

(a) You agree that ZED, at its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Service or individual services provided via the Services, and remove and discard any Content within such services, if you remain in breach of these Terms for more than 7 days from notice of such fact. (b) Both ZED and you may terminate the Services provided under these Terms by submitting a notice. Termination will be effective at the end of the calendar month following the month when you gave your notice of termination.

If you cancel your account or subscription for any reason, ZED will not refund any of your fees paid to date, except as expressly agreed to by us in writing.

Suspension of the Services

ZED may suspend all or any of the Services (or individual services provided via the Services), for lack of use, or if ZED believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with Terms.

Deletion of account information on termination

You agree that on any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Terms ZED may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that ZED will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.
